TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY REGISTRATION ON RAA WEBSITE
1. Merely submission of application does not guarantee you a registration to the UID by RAA. All the applications received by RAA before the end of the deadline will be scrutinized by RAA committee responsible for conducting the championship applied for and successful candidates will be informed ONLY via emails mentioned in the application form.
2. Fee once paid will be non-refundable in case applicant decides to not attend the championship for any reason after submitting the application. However, in case of not being selected for championship by RAA committee, the full fee paid by applicant will be refunded. In case of such refunds, GST/other taxes applicable as per government/Bank (s)/RAA Online payment partner policies will be applicable.
3. Fee applicable for championship can ONLY be paid ONLINE directly to the RAA by the applicant. GST/other taxes as per government/Bank (s)/RAA Online payment partner policies will be applicable.
4. This Website might also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by the Website, and the Website has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
5. RAA reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website and may, at the sole discretion of the Website be notified to the Users from time to time. Not with standing the foregoing, by continuing to use the Website after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified.
6. No other facilities other than mentioned in the RAA circular of you are applying for may be claimed/demanded by the applicant after submitting the online application. Any dispute or difference of question arising out of, or under, or in relation to this application is to be settled by amicable negotiations, failing which, the parties shall refer the same to arbitration committee of RAA. The venue of such arbitration shall be RAA Office, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language only.

RAA REFUND POLICY
1. All fees once paid are non-refundable.
2. Double payment/wrong credit will be considered for refund after request and deduction of the bank charges/Payment Gateway charges/Transaction Charges within 60 Days
3. In any case, if an athlete registered for a competition RAA led to participate in it, there will be no refund.
4. In any case, if a athlete did not meet the entry standards set by the Federation for the competition and entry is rejected, there will be no refund.
5. RAA is not responsible for any payment done on external site links in the name of RAA.
6. If a competition is cancelled by the Federation due to unavoidable circumstances, the Entry fee will be refunded upon advice of the management within 60 Days.
7. RAA will also follow the refund official format of the payment gateway, if required
